The Catalan Occitan Oncology Group (GOCO) is an association which groups together all the professionals dedicated to radiation oncology (physicians, physicist, technicians and nurses) from Catalonia and Occitanie (Languedoc-Roussillon and Midi-Pyrénées).
The main purposes of this association are:
- To Promote the oncology disciplines
- To Promote teaching, continuous training and professional exchanges within the oncology field
- To Develop common protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of oncology diseases
- To Develop clinical and basic oncology research in the South of Europe
